1. General Terms of Use
By using our Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the Site with the permission of a parent or legal guardian. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order or interacting with our Site, and to promptly update such information if it changes.

All descriptions, prices, and availability of products are subject to change without notice. We attempt to display products and services accurately on the Site, but we cannot guarantee that colors, designs, or other details will appear exactly as they do on your screen.
3. Ordering and Payment
To place an order for any products or services, you must complete the ordering process on the Site, via email, telephone, videoconference, or in person. You agree to pay the full amount for your order, including any applicable taxes, shipping fees, and additional charges. All payments must be made using the payment methods available on our Site, by cash, or by check.
We accept payment via credit card, cash, or check. Full payment is required before any products are shipped, unless otherwise agreed upon in a signed Estimate. A deposit for an agreed upon amount is required before work starts on custom commissions.
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. If you notice any errors in your order, please contact us immediately to make corrections before the order is processed.
4. Illustration & Graphic Design Services
For illustration and graphic design services, we offer custom work as per your specifications. The process involves initial consultations, drafts, and revisions. You will be provided with a proof of the design before final approval. Once approved, the final design files will be digitally delivered and/or printed and delivered.
Design services are subject to the following:
Revisions: The number of revisions included in the price will be specified in your contract or order. Additional revisions may incur additional fees.
Ownership: Upon payment, Sweet Penelope grants non-exclusive rights to the client for personal use only of the final commissioned work. This final work may not be sold, traded, transferred, or used for commercial, self-promotional, or other purposes in any format. Sweet Penelope retains all rights to final files, working files, drafts, sketches, and other conceptual or developmental art created for the project.
5. Shipping and Delivery
For stationery and invitations, we will ship your order according to the shipping method you select. Delivery times are estimated and may vary based on your location, shipping method, and availability of products. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the shipping address.

6. Returns, Cancellations, and Refunds
Custom Orders: Because our products are often customized (e.g., personalized stationery, custom invitations, or graphic design services), we generally do not accept returns or cancellations after an order has been placed.
Defective Products: If you receive a defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped, please contact us as soon as possible. If development has begun, a cancellation fee may apply.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and designs, is the property of Sweet Penelope (unless credited to another artist who retains copyright to their work eg. wedding photographer, collaborating artist) holds or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce in whole or in part, or distribute any content or derivative content from our Site without prior written consent.
Sweet Penelope retains copyright to all commissioned work provided for your personal, non-exclusive, non-commercial use only. Sweet Penelope retains all rights to final files, working files, drafts, and developmental art created for your project.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sweet Penelope is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or any products or services purchased from us.
Sweet Penelope is not responsible for proof-reading your final products. You are responsible for the accuracy, spelling, and grammar of all text and information in the work(s) created.
Our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the products or services that gave rise to the claim.
