FULLY CUSTOM DESIGN: I’ll develop art and design that thoughtfully reflects your story. You might commission original illustrations or I may suggest papers or special materials that further the artistic direction of your suite. We'll always start with discussions and mock-ups, and then keep refining until you're gasping, "THIS IS US!" without yelling in all caps!
SEMI CUSTOM DESIGN: If you’ve fallen in love with a piece in my Portfolio, you’re in luck! We can personalize the palette, typeface, and layout of most existing designs to match the spirit of your occasion. We can also mix and match elements from different suites. Let’s make it yours.

FREE CONSULTATION: We always start with a conversation. What are you seeking in terms of mood, materials, and content? Are there any "must-haves"? What's your timeline, quantity, and budget? Once I learn the details, I'll send over an Estimate for signing.
SEMI-CUSTOM PROCESS: If you use one of my existing designs and don’t require new artwork, the first rough mock-ups are complimentary. I'll send digital proofs (up to 3 free rounds) with no obligation to continue. Upon approval of the final soft proof, 50% of the signed Estimate is due. Once you approve a hard proof, I'll begin printing, and the balance is due upon completion.
FULLY CUSTOM PROCESS: A deposit, along with your signed Estimate, is required to begin. Then, I'll start research and development. After 3 rounds of sketches, 50% of the Estimate (less deposit) is required to continue. You may also end the project at this point, though this is extremely rare (!) After the final digital proof is approved, I'll send a hard proof. When that's approved, printing begins and the balance is due upon completion.

I treat each project as though it were a limited edition, carefully printing on luxurious cotton paper using a fine art printer. If you’re interested in letterpress, foil stamping, or other methods, I'll work with a trusted vendor. Some clients finish production themselves, while others have me do it all: ribbon tying, assembly, the works! I’m flexible and can make arrangements to suit your needs.

Timelines may vary, but the first digital proof for semi-custom work usually takes 3-5 days. Preliminary research and sketches for new commissions can take 1-3 weeks, while production may take 2-6 weeks or longer, depending on the season and requirements.

Many factors determine the cost of your stationery, including the quantity, types of cards, and custom vs. semi-custom design.
For your reference, a set of one hundred semi-custom invitations and reply cards (flat printed with a white background) costs $400 USD, plus tax and shipping.
